and teachers are Helpless..they are Debating on TV,who is a juvenile! These buys are great Bullies,for teachers,junior students..asking them to Buy tobacco from the shop Outside their school,if juniors refuse,they are beaten up Mercilessly, many small kids drop out..not due to teachers but due to bullies Within the school...talk of Ragging ,ban etc. only if these dadas can Make it to a college..at 14,place like nehru place will give them a job,as a daily wage earner,or they will be absorbed by MNREGA,for doing..nothing!
