Goa is India's smallest state by area and the fourth smallest by population. I would Not for sure,Just walk out,before Giving permission to be Examined..There are Certain things that suit a Profession,and a Casual easy Go manner does Not suit Medical Profession, Showing off Tattoos is one 1st Impression, that Should put Off patients,to Take serious Decisions, rather than getting confused ..later During normal Recovery time from an operation, having Doubts on all issues, right or Wrong ,to Have subjected the human body for Operation to the Dr. with Tattooed arms? more »
