After doing many commercials, hosting IPL Season 1 and a comedy serial FIR, the actor now eyes Bollywood. He says, "Though I did only one show on TV and hosted IPL, I was very clear from the beginning that I want to explore my acting talent via films. On TV you get stuck to same kind of roles. For me, being in films is like a challenge and I now want to totally focus on Bollywood. Popular for his role of Hanuman Pandey in FIR, he always dreamt of acting in Bollywood movie. He made brief appearance in Aagey Se Right and Let’s Enjoy but made left everyone spellbound with his performance in Anurag Kashyap’s Shaitan.
