I was reading a very interesting article the other day and it said that if you're an intelligent woman then you are likely to be single. The reason was quite simple really, most intelligent women have careers and a life apart from men. That they are not the type of women who will make the man in their lives their number one priority. Which keeps men away from them in turn because men are conditioned to think that women should always follow a man. Do you agree?

So I live alone. I work in Delhi as a journalist and my parents live in Varanasi. I live in my own house. I have a regular nine to five job which keeps me busy on week days. I do not have to time to meet my friends on these days. On weekends I like to invite my friends over some times. Or other times i head out to have a drink or two with friends at some nice restaurant or pub. The problem seems to be that I am single and therefore my neighbours think it's OK to pass judgement about my

I've lived alone for a while now and I've seen people's behaviour towards me border on the curious to the outright obnoxious. People seem to think that just because you are single you are automatically OK with people wanting to know everything about your life. Your character, morality and general existence comes into questions. Like for example if I have a few friends over for dinner, they assume it is something shady. Now imagine a couple inviting their friends over, would people think that

Do you think single women in India are therefore more sex starved than men because they g
