Most Indians are all praises for Pranab Mukherjee just because he rejected three mercy pleas. In a short span of 7 months, the President of India has given a nod for hanging 3 convicts. And according to latest news Pranab Mukherjee may reject 5 more mercy pleas in near future?
No other Indian president has been so fast in giving a go ahead in death sentence cases. Does that reflect his powers? Or do you think he is the toughest President of India ever?
