Nirbhaya Fund for women's safety a joke?
The Govt has allotted RS 1000 crores towards the Nirbhaya fund after the Delhi Gang Rape case for better safety measures for women. Do you think the money will be put to really helping women and creating a safer environment for them? Or will the money be eaten up by greedy politicians like Sheila Dixit?
Aarzoo Waafa

They are not willing to bring a stringent anti rape law. What they will do with this 1000 crores is spend on appointing various committees, on five star hotels stays and conferences. finally end up spending the 1000 crores and achieving nothing.
