I think this is a very quaint problem..But around me also there are many cases of extreme negativity and ridiculous reactions.. U must try to make a social life, and be more around ppl of ur type n character..U must tell her that u luv her a lot, and give her gifts etc. But even if that doesn't work, then be tough, and get equal..

i somehow feel ur not telling the full story here... and cleverly hiding your faults! what must u have done to deserve a beating...?

Record it and post it on youtube. Spread it in your community. File a police complaint. Consider moving to a safer place. BTW don't hesitate to block any attack. Contact the nearest men's rights organization.

Drug her by vodka in case she is stronger than you and then beat her everytime she beats you take revenge. Stupid woman - Ghosts of kicks do not yeild by talks !

Do not sit quite but approach her and question her actions. Tell her that her behaviour is intolerable and if continues may end the relationship for good. In any marriage man and woman both are equal. If there are any doubts then remove them try to win her with love failing which this is the end of your married life

try to become more authoritative ...make her understand that u are not an object of misuse... if ur wife beats u u can seek divorce under Hindu marriage act Sec 13 cruelty by partner. But first try to convince her u love her care her for her, but her such actions would result in marriage being broken ... only resort to violence as a last hand measure
