I find these days that Indian women are really impatient these days. There was a time when family used to come first for them but not any more. They are pre-occupied with doing things outside their home and I don't know if that is a good thing. I think a woman's place is her home and her family and that they should not be affected.

But these days women are ignoring their duties as a wife and mother. That is the reason why marriages are also breaking up. My mother was so devoted to my brother and me and my sister-in-law is just the opposite. She is not bothered about my brother and her family.

Do you think modernism is adversely affecting women?

You cannot generalise all women by comparing just with your sister in law

Women have lost only some of their patience. We men have lost a lot of it.

Presently both husband and wife judiciously share household duties while both are having busy business/corporate schedules. Both may have to balance their role without ignoring their commitments

I have found the western urban Indian woman as manipulative, self obsessed person looking out only her interests... She needs to be treated like a western woman.. Guys learn from western men who have ditched marriage, remain single and enjoy women all the time... be free of alimony, divorce, kids and any such nonsense..

India men have never respected women. They have always treated them like slaves, servants and sex objects. Now they are returning it in kind

Women with attitude of Jeet Endra are the reason for the breakup of marriage nowadays. She simply changed the names in the above topic and posted. So arrogant and not understanding the reality. Now women are becoming more selfish.

Being selfish is not the sole prerogative of men. Women can also be selfish, can be career minded or choose to remain single. Breakup of marriages are due to both parties, not just women

To gain some thing, we have to pay some thing and this theory is basic rules for man and woman. The requirement of bodily structure also confirm the same since inception of life. To make our carrer we can not avoid the life of future.
