Finance minister Chidambaram has granted Rs. 200 crore for  UPA's image building in the crucial election year, this grant is for various ministries to highlight their 'achievements' during the years gone by.

What a sham, basically more public money will be used by these 'chor' ministers to clean up the mess they create.
