rape is an incidence which takes place accidentally. intentional/prepared rape is to be considered as lethal act. it must be discouraged with rigorous punishment. alert administration and public awareness will minimize the count. gitls dress code is secondary and to be viewed leniently.

Dress does not mean for rape and it's the animal urage for sex in people makes to do such crime. The dress of a woman is a concern and if the women dont identify this problem then another incident can happen, there are animals amongst us, but why make an incident happen and then cry. Secondly girls from good family cover themselves properly in such a way that it keeps them good. A girl today is a daughter , tommorow is a wife then a mother so her role in the society is very important in bringing up the future generation. Be modern from your thinking not by clothes.

Neither should one be allowed without clothes on the streets, nor should anyone have any right to go upto a person to give him or her piece of their mind. Touch a person is way deep into prosecutorial. The main question is why is the enforcement so weak. If there are reasons, allow right to bear arms, after all everyone needs to protect themselves.

You should have framed your question in a better way. I, do agree with you. We men are capable of thinking rationally. We are not animals and those who ask women to dress properly are presuming men to be rapists by default and I find it very derogatory. When I am walking down a street, hungry, and I smell something good cooking somewhere, I am not entitled to eat it. In a similar way, men should understand that they are not entitled to someone's body just because it is exposed.
