According to a survey, the number of non religious people in India has risen and more people love to call themselves atheist. Well, I feel it's only wise to not believe in things like religion because it's your deeds that matter and there is no God and anything as supernatural powers. So clearly God does not exist. What's your take on this?

DOES GOD EXIST? This is one of the best explanations on the nature of God that I have ever seen... A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed. As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation. They talked about so many things and various subjects. When they eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber said: 'I don't believe that God exists.' 'Why do you say that?' asked the customer. 'Well, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God doesn't exist. Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would be neither suffering nor pain. I can't imagine a loving God who would allow all of these things.' The customer thought for a moment, but didn't respond because he didn't want to start an argument. The barber finished his job and the customer left the shop. Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man in the street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard. He looked dirty and unkempt. The customer turned back and entered the barbershop again and he said to the barber: 'You know what? Barbers do not exist.' 'How can you say that?' asked the surprised barber. 'I am here, and I am a barber. And I just worked on you!' 'No!' the customer exclaimed. 'Barbers don't exist because if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed beards, like that man outside.' 'Ah, but barbers DO exist! That's what happens when people do not come to me.' 'Exactly!' affirmed the customer. 'That's the point! God, too, DOES exist! That's what happens when people do not go to Him and don't look to Him for help. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world.'

When the concept of Atheism comes into picture, it gives birth to crime and fearless misuse of an individual's independence. If the number of Atheists have increased in India, same is the increase in crimes as well. And believe me, the trend is here to continue. For me, God Exists and will always be. Belief in God is the only thing that makes a person to get connected to all good causes... otherwise the distractions to evil things in this world are not less in numbers. It is also important to notice that God and religions are two different things. For me, God is an Eternal Power who is responsible for controlling your internal self and you can't deny this. Religion is something created only because of variation in thoughts and is continuously dividing humanity. One important teaching of Shrimadbhagwadgita is worthy of being iterated in this context when Lord Krishna addressed Arjuna, "In Kaliyuga, there will exist many religions dividing mankind....very far from spirituality". So, if you are not accepting the concept of God just because you don't align or conform to the ideologies of a particular religion OR you profoundly disapprove the practices of a specific religion which are now polluted due to false interpretations of the teachings over the years or anything else, you need to introspect whether you are disgusted by Religion or by the Spirituality. In right frame of mind, you will never find yourself apart from Spirituality. Your religion should not essentially to be any from founded ones, but you yourself can follow the one as per your interpretation of God.... a New for your comfort created by you. But if you are not feeling the Power of Almighty even....then nothing can be said !!!

God does not exist is true. Yet there is something which runs the universe without any halt. Religious people have taken that super power in the way they want and indulge in the religious activities. Also some times because of too much belief, it turns bloody. So working honestly without hurting any living system would be the best way of being with God.

There indeed an unknown power which create, monitor and direct the universe which we believe god. It is waste of time and human energy to spend time as well as money in the name of god. work is worship. Work hard for wellness of self and society at large without hurting anyone
