Do you believe in karma?

According to the dictats of karma what you sow is what you reap, which basically means that if you do good, good things will happen to you and if you do bad then bad things will happen to you. But the point I'm trying to make is that good and bad can means different things to different people, so if you believe that something is good and it's actually bad for someone else, what karmic action will you attract?

Does karma really exist? Do you really believe that actions lead to similar results in future? OR is it just a way to hold people accountable for what they do?
