I am sure many of you must have seen the latest #Airtel ad where a wife is her husband's boss at work. Do you think a man can be happy with a more powerful and influential wife? If your wife was your boss at work, would you not have ego clashes with her?

What do you have to say to this? Can your wife be your boss at work?
Sunil
if you will not take ego clash with your wife in work she will be best adviser of you in business or in any relation

It is a hypothetical question. It is good to have a powerful and influential women to be my wife. But I can't answer, if she is my boss...... I think I can't answer to it. But if she is a colleague, it works better....... :)

Why not. If the two can keep their professional life completely separate from their family and love life ensuring that professional works do not enter their family home. Yes at times it could hurt man's ego but woman's deep love for her man at home can easily put a soothing balm on the bruises caused at work. In every walks of life woman and man can stand side by side and act jointly if they just can manage their ego of him being man and her being boss

It is Ok as long as home and office do not mix, leave home at home and office in the office. It is OK.

There is no harm if one's wife is the boss at the office as long as the hubby is the boss at home , getting 'wifely' attention when she comes back home.Where is the question of 'ego' when there is perfect understanding?

sorry in a married life there is nothing like boss, both have their own chorus to perform according to there physical. Question of who bears the trousers at home should not never ever arise otherwise it could give rise to many frictions.

Shobha aunty, you saw lots of romance in the ad,I as one of the multitasking working woman of India, saw behind the smile of woman, her the ached limbs, overwoked physique, failing heart and lung machine..tell your ad buddies to rectify and make another ad showing the waiting man at home cooking an ordinary daal-chaawal meal for the wife, who has had a 8 hours job plus 2 hours of commuting=10 hours working non stop. Shobha aunty, you also know ordinary woman will never get to see this kind of 'romance' in her life time, where her waiting husband will be ready for her with meal for 2 ready, mind it,we are talking Ordinary, not Glamorous wives.
