How you sleep says a lot about you. After all if dreams are your self conscious side taking over then even the way you get sleep defines who you really are. Here are some of the most common sleep positions and what they say about you if you sleep in the ways shown below.
This is the most common sleeping position and is called the fetal position. Kind of reminds you of how babies are in the womb right? People who sleep like this are usually insecure and prone to worries. You are the shy sensitive type who is prone to self protection.
Sleeping on your back with your arms and legs outstretched is called the starfish position. This means a bad night's sleep and snoring. But it also means that you are an open minded person who is a great listener.
Sleeping in the soldier position means that you aren't easily rattled by things in life. You are the strong silent types who takes things as they come. Although sleeping like this on a regular basis could mean a strain on your neck and back.
The Yearner means that you are looking for something and are having trouble holding on to it. Usually this comes from not being able to make a decision but then once you do make a decision you tend to stick to it. Good to reduce snoring.
The Freefaller as this position is called means that you need help digesting your food which makes you naturally sleep this way. It also means you're a confident outgoing person but extreme situations are a no no because ultimately you want to be in control of things.
The Log position could be helpful for those suffering from back problems. Log sleepers usually tend to be naive and trusting as well as easy going.
