20-year-old Adam Lanza, who went on his killing-spree undeterred, had a history of violent and mental problems. This one boy, whose rightful address should have been a correctional facility, single-handedly destroyed over 30 families.

 Children as young as 6-years-old, were fatally shot by this troubled adolescent. Within a matter of minutes, around 30 families were destroyed in this bloody massacre.

 If only Adam Lanza was taken into a correctional institute way earlier by his family, this deadly massacre could have been averted.

 It angers me to no end when I see certain parents’ judgement slip away in matters of such life-altering, betterment solutions for their children. Though Adam Lanza’s mother kept a close watch on his mentally-ill son, she couldn’t find the courage to send his son to a correctional facility. Why?

 Did a mother’s blindness destroy a country’s peace?
