My husband and me have been married for 10 years and our sex life has always been good but over the past year his sex drive has really reduced drastically and that left me unsatisfied. In fact it was so bad that due to lack of sex i used to end up fantasizing about other men.

We decided to get medical tests done and it was discovered that my husband has erectile dysfunction which was caused due to stress and excess work load. Thank god he did not have diabetes which is another reason why men suffer from erectile dysfunction. He is only 35 and should have no problem getting an erection.

The problem was psychological and the doctor said that the more he tries to have an erection the more he cannot get it up. And the more he cannot get an erection the more stressed out he becomes.

The doctor advised us to use Viagra. The pill is really a miracle! In fact we had such amazing sex that it lasted for 3 hours. And the side effect is that he had an erection for 3 days! I'm not complaining with that though it was quite painful for him. I don't see why more couples who have sex problems don't take Viagra.

dont let him take viagra.....no doubt it suddenly give you strength but it is not long lasting.... but using fruits likestrawberry, pomegranate etc and dry fruits like, almonds, cashew nuts etc increases you libido slowly but it will be long lasting.....

There have been comments in the articles on use of viagra could affect sex life in the long term. It is OK at the moment, but with doctor prescription, but overdose may lead some problems in future as said by few people i have heard. Hence, more foreplay could help couples to be more passionate and slowly reduces ED problem when involved without extra tensions in mind.
