When it comes to eating lunch in the office, most of us are stuck with a boring routine canteen or you tend to order in to make your meal a little more exciting.
However, behold they are certain companies, who believe that good food equals happy workers! And to make their employees happy they have made cafeterias so good that you might end of applying for a job just for the food.
1. Google, Bangalore
Let’s face it getting a job at Google means you have actually arrived in life. Google India has offices in- Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Mumbai. The place is known to be employee friendly and well these pictures from their cafeteria prove that they would do just about anything to make their employees feel comfortable.

That’s not all apart from the gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinners that have live counters for pasta, omelets, and dessert counters as well.
Wait there’s more; all the floors have micro-kitchens which are loaded with coffee, Maggi, Nutella and an assortment of tea. And the going joke in the company is the phenomenon of “The Google 15”. According to insiders, the phenomenon of “The Google 15” is basically that you tend to put on 15% of additional weight within 3 months of joining Google!
2. Facebook, Mumbai
Almost everyone you know is on Facebook these days, so imagine your luck when you end up working for them. Facebook recently opened its second office in India in Mumbai. And as expected it is the stuff that dreams are made of. From micro cafeterias to breakout zones, the Facebook office is all about being employee friendly.
You may have a boring office canteen but wait till you see what Facebook’s Mumbai office has. Say bye to the boring cafeteria and make way for a cozy café. Flipkart's corporate office in Bangalore is as swanky as it gets. Equipped with state of the art technology, the office looks too good to be true. The office boasts of an expansive cafeteria which is located on the 11th floor of the Flipkart office. From plain dosas to continental delight or a healthy salad, you are served with what your heart desires.

The tech giant is known to be the hub of the greatest minds of the country, so naturally, the food of the place is extremely yum. Only a few lucky once get to call this their workplace. Infosys understands that food is a big part of 'treating' your employees well. So believe it or not, the food here is cheap from frozen dessert counters to buffet menu. They have a commit of employees who decide what should go on the menu and every week they change and keep adding stuff to it.
5. TCS, Hyderabad
One of the best workplaces in the world, TCS likes to treat its employees to the very best of food and service, come lunch time. They believe a happy employee is more productive! Well, if only others offices took a queue from this practice. If fact, you should not be calling it an office you should call it a park instead.
The menu here boasts of traditional Indian food to fast food, all on the house of course. And to make sure that employees don’t waste the food, they have come up with a unique way.
